怀孕不只是女方的事，老公应先来检查

很医院做过好几次了，没有什么大问题，就差子宫输卵管造影了。今天我来，就想问问我老公要不要查一下？

要，非常有必要。我强烈建议你老公先来查查看，针对男性不育患者的检查比女性简单得多，又是无创，费用也较低。因此男性不育患者应首先进行诊疗。

他不肯来查，一直认为是我的原因！

不育原因中，有部分是男性问题。很多男性出现精液少，或者无精症。所以，让你老公先来检查检查吧！

怀孕与精子数量、质量有关？

听了医生的建议，医院查了精液常规，一看数量，每毫升有万个精子。他心想有这么多精子，肯定没问题的，生个孩子一个精子就够了嘛！于是得意洋洋地转身回家，也没有拿着报告给医生看。

　　不过，这位女士还是不放心，一周后又挂了个男科门诊号。

精液密度是部分原因，还有一个重要原因是它的质量

质量是什么意思？不是有每毫升万个吗？

质量就是精子的活力，活力差的精子不能与卵子结合，就可能造成不孕；尽管精子数量很多，但一部分精子在女性阴道里“酸死”了，一部分精子在奔向卵子的过程中“累死”了，一部分精子在子宫里“迷路”了，跑到对侧输卵管了，最终只有少部分精子能够到达输卵管与卵子相遇。

那怎么办，没孩子急死我们啦，我们怎么样才能怀孕啊？

先查查精液常规，把一些必要的检查做一下，像有精液活力、精液数量、液化时间、内分泌情况等。根据结果先药物治疗3-6个月，如果还是没有改善，就要考虑做第二代试管婴儿啦。

诶，明白了，不孕不育老公检查很重要！我这就去叫他回来检查……
